It was a great day. Fast and Testimony meeting. I bore my testimony. It always refreshes my Spirit and I feel so good inside. I love to bear it and go when I have the impression to bear it, which is about every Fast meeting. My new ward remembers that from before and thank me for sharing it. I bore it on the sealing power of families and the Spirit of Elijah.
Our Sunday School lesson was on this very subject as well. I told about when I had the first anniversary dinner of my sealing and we had tamales, with Michael and Matt and their wives craving what we had for our family dinner. I know it is because of the bonds of the family sealing and the hearts of the children are turned to our fathers and the hearts of the fathers are turned to the children.
Later, after church we went to Bestafar's 90th birthday party. His children had a get together and they had all of the siblings to help celebrate. Lori's sister, Lisa and her husband and daughters came from Wenatchee, WA for today's celebration. I am sure it made Bestafar pleased for them to be here too. Lori and ALL the Ks were there as well as Shauna, their family friend were there too.
Hank is out of town until next Sunday. We miss you Hank. You should have lots to share with us when you get back.
